ERIKS group nv is the Dutch holding company of a group of technical distribution companies and is listed on the Official Market of the Euronext Amsterdam Stock Exchange ('Euronext N.V.').
Sales of EUR 448.5 million were realized in 2005 with an average workforce of 2,081 people. The net result in 2005 came to EUR 22.1 million. The ERIKS group procures, stores, processes, sells and distributes a wide range of high-quality mechanical engineering components and provides a highly developed range of technical and logistics services.
In-house the ERIKS group possesses broad and deep knowledge of market developments, product properties, product applications, product processing, logistics and a corresponding modern infrastructure. Especially by offering these six know-how domains the ERIKS group is able to contribute positively to the conduct of business of its customers and manufacturers.
The ERIKS group has become a leading and innovative supplier to all segments of industry, in the twin roles of specialist and total supplier.

- markets a range of more than 500,000 articles, purchases worldwide from over 500 qualified suppliers/ manufacturers and sends out more than 1.3 million shipments every year.
Currently the ERIKS group consists of more than 40 companies with branch operations in eight countries. The geographical focus of the group's activities is Western Europe (the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany and France) with added operations in the United States and South-east Asia (Singapore and Malaysia). The ERIKS group is pursuing a leading market position in Western and Central Europe to leverage a role as a formidable European player. Insofar as conducive to its position in Europe, the ERIKS group also wants to be present, directly or indirectly, in the United States and South-east Asia. The group's existing activities in the United States are going to be expanded. The focus in South-east Asia is on autonomously maintaining the group's activities.
